Telestrator Live ("Telestrator Live," "we," "us") provides a hosted tool that lets churches and live-event teams draw over on-screen graphics in real time. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — the email address and password you use to create and sign in to your account. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes by our authentication provider; we never see your plaintext password.
- Organization content — the graphics, images, videos, captions and section names you upload or create to run your services.
- Billing information — your subscription status and plan. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Service and connection data — basic technical information needed to run the live session (e.g. connection events, device/browser type, IP address, and timestamps), used for operating, securing and debugging the service.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the service and sync your live sessions.
- To process subscriptions, trials and payments through our payment processor.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and important service notices.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded content for advertising.
3. Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to operate the service, each acting on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Supabase — authentication and database.
- Cloudflare R2 — storage for the media you upload.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
- Fly.io — application hosting and the realtime relay.
4. Data retention
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and ask us to delete your account, we remove your organization's content and account data, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
5. Security
Connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/WSS). Access to live sessions uses scoped, time-limited tokens. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
6. Your choices and rights
You can access or update your account information at any time while signed in, and you can request deletion of your account and content. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data; contact us to exercise them.
7. Children's privacy
The service is intended for use by organizations and their operators, not by children, and is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated through the service.
